Charlie Zahm, his guitar, his beautiful baritone voice and his trunkful of the old songs are such a regular features on the festival circuit that you could say he's a traditional, Traditional feature. There's something missing at a games if you don't hear Charlie belting out Scotland the Brave. Those who've listened to him briefly and then passed on by ( like I did many times) may not realize that many of those beautiful old songs aren't so old. Charlie, in fact, wrote them. We are proud to include in our collection two CDs worth of Charlie's fine songwriting and gorgeous voice.

More saltwater soaked poetry delivered in Charlie's unmistakable vocal style. This collection also features two landlocked tunes: Song of the Cowboy, written by Charlie for his Canadian, miner grandfather, and Prison Walls. Neil Anderson makes a guest appearance on uillean pipes.
