SATISFACTION POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied, well... it's an imperfect world and complete satisfaction eludes the overwhelming majority of all people. If, however, you are dissatisfied with anything purchased from MacRogue Petty Industries, LLC, then our lawyers tell us we better get our butts in gear and do our best to make sure you are satisfied. So read on.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your Privacy       We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. We know from personal experience how annoying that can be. However, being MacRogues, we make it a policy never to take the fall for anyone. Therefore, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.       We also know how annoying it can be to get junk mail, so we won't send you any.       Our Privacy       We here at MPI like our privacy.       If you have any questions regarding our policy, please email us at our information bureau .

RETURNS - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).       Damaged or defective items       If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will either send you a replacement or issue you a full refund (your choice), after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.       If a CD jewel box arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement jewel box. We don't use jewel boxes ourselves, they're bulky and annoying to use, but we keep some on hand for those who actually use them.       For specific instructions on how to return an item, email our return department .

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY AND BACKORDERS

Inventory information       MPI specializes in self-produced and unusual CDs, which are usually made in small batches, and in hand-made crafts, which may include "made-to-order" items. We try to keep as many of each CD in stock as we can, but we cannot guarantee that a title will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. Our individual vendors also try to keep a supply of craft items on hand, but again, we can't guarantee that a specific item will actually ship right away.       Since it takes time to make any custom items, and we have not yet solved the problem of time travel, custom items will not always ship in under 30 days. Our policy is to direct all inquires to the specific artisan for complete specifications.       Backorders (out of stock items)       Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. (Yeah, we know this is obvious. Our lawyers made us say it.) In most cases, these items are on order from the artists or artisans. As they keep telling us, they're only human and often broke. We can't stand listening to grown people whine and snivel 'cause we have our own problems. However, our lawyers want us to say that we will make every effort to get the item(s) to you as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to ship the item(s) to you in 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you. Our lawyers tell us that this status notification is required by law even if you're already aware that some items can't ship within 30 days.       If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order, notify you immediately via email, and delete the item from our catalog.       You can check the status of your order at any time by emailing our order status department . With any luck, one of us should know what's going on.

Secure Transactions       We uses PayPal. They have secure servers, and the ability to accept credit cards on our behalf.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

Our Policy is intended to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible and keep us out of jail.       Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers with outstanding orders via email. Please periodically review our Policy for changes.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping charges are included in the price unless otherwise stated, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.       Each individual artisan has their own individual policies that are listed on the appropriate page.       We ship CDs and Baoghaltan souvenirs via The U.S. Postal Service to anywhere in the USA. Sorry, we do NOT ship outside the USA. We ship by Priority Mail.       Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We're running this operation on next to no profit (well, that's what it seems like to us). An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.       Backorders       If part of the item(s) of an order are backordered, the backordered item(s) will be shipped together at no extra cost.
